Poll Watching:

Presented by Save Our Schools Arizona
Voter Suppression: What is it, How to recognize it, What to do about it.:
The two panelists will discuss the practical implications of voter suppression tactics and how they are targeted specifically to disempower the most vulnerable groups, specifically African Americans and Hispanics, and other groups expected to vote progressive. An ongoing lawsuit regarding the disenfranchisement attacks on Native Americans affecting Arizona will illuminate existing efforts to minimize indigenous rights. Our role in recognizing and stopping these attacks is important to understand and act on.
Youth and Activism:
Led by current Youth Leaders, including Jordan Harb from PHX March For Our Lives, learn how to make your voice heard and make a difference as a young person. The panel will cover the basics of youth organizing and strategies existing organizations can take to amplify the youth voice.
